At Vegan America, we want you to be completely satisfied with your cruelty-free purchases. If you are not 100% happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns on all unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original, eco-friendly packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
